How long will my order take to be delivered?

Australia Post estimate delivery times to the following areas:
Please note that these may vary due to long weekends, public holidays and fog, fire and flood.

- ACT, NSW and VIC: 2 working days
- QLD: 2 - 7 working days
- SA: 2 - 4 working days
- WA: 4 - 8 working days
- TAS: 4 - 5 working days
- NT: 6 - 8 working days

Should an item need to be backordered from an Importer, we will of course notify you via email or phone of the expected delivery time frame. These time frames are subject to change, but we will endeavour to keep you as updated as possible about your order.

 

Who do you use to deliver items?

We use Australia Post as our preferred carrier to ensure we get your orders to your front door as soon as possible!

 

Does my order have a tracking number?

Every parcel is issued with a tracking number, so you can follow the progress of your order right till it arrives - ensuring a safe delivery! If anything goes wrong (things can happen!) we use this number to fix the problem.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately no. At the moment we are limited to orders within Australia and New Zealand. 

 

Can I pick my order up from your shop?

Of course! Come past 30 Ipswich St, Fyshwick ACT and collect your order!

Do you have everything in stock? What happens if my product isn't available?

Our aim at Canberra Motorcycle Centre is to carry the stock for the majority of items advertised on our online store. In certain cases we may need to order items from the Importer. This may add between 2 - 5 business days from date of order to the shipping time of your order. The delay may be greater with special order items, but we will endeavour to let you know the likely timeframe for shipping with these orders.

Do you charge a re-stocking fee?

We do not charge a re-stocking fee for accessories; however a re-stocking fee does apply for genuine parts. 

 

How do I know my details are safe with you?

We will not rent, share or sell your personal information to any third party. The information we request from you is used for shipping and billing purposes. If there are any issues or delays with your order (stock level, shipping delay etc.) this information will be used to contact you directly and update you on the status of your order.

 

All customer credit card transactions are secured by NAB Transact Direct Post with customer card data managed offsite by NAB. We do not retain or enter any of your credit card data or details at Canberra Motorcycle Centre thereby ensuring the security of your data.

At Canberra Motorcycle Centre we offer a huge range of parts and accessories. We now have 2 dedicated showrooms: the massive motorcycle showroom and our huge parts & accessories superstore! Our showroom has over 500 motorcycles on display, and a great range of ATV's and 4x4's. We provide insurance and financing options, to get you riding as soon as you can!

 

Our service and smash repairs workshop is the largest in the ACT and surrounding districts, providing expert advice and ensuring safe, hassle-free motorcycling. With 12 qualified mechanics, and even more service technicians, no job is too big or too small for our experts!
