Attention Customers: Terms and conditions of sale

Special order and backorder items are not returnable; payment in full is required at time of order as we have a “no refunds” policy We will gladly exchange an item or issue a store credit if the item is incorrect (excludes genuine parts and backorders) Items must be in their original packaging and in a saleable condition Items are not returnable after 14 days of the purchase date. Glass, electrical and fluid products are not returnable. Lay-by’s are valid for 3 months only. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months only. We do not accept cheques. (Bank Cheques excepted.) Helmets are not returnable. We do not issue cash refunds.
